The team carried out 35 investments in SMEs investing € 300 million.

ITAGO has 2 offices in Italy (Venice and Milan) and relies on a consolidated network of entrepreneurs, professionals, managers.

We support growth capital deals, shareholders replacement, buy-outs, MBI-MBOs for mainly majority stakes or minority shareholding, only with a clear and predefined exit strategy and governance rules with the remaining entrepreneur.

We look for growth projects through build-up strategy and geographical expansion.

Turnaround and early stage/venture capital investments are not considered.
